What are your domestic shipping rates?
We offer two domestic shipping options across Australia:
- Express Shipping – $19.50 on orders under $250
- Free Express Shipping on orders $250 and over
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to selected international destinations at flat rates:
- North America (USA & Canada) – $85 AUD
- Rest of World – $85 AUD
How long will my order take to arrive?
Domestic Australian orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Express delivery typically arrives within 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. International orders generally take 7–14 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your account and view your order status under My Orders.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
How do I start a return?
Email us at info@twistandturntackle.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Are there items that can't be returned?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns on items that have been used, damaged after receipt, or are missing original packaging. Sale items are final sale unless faulty.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the credit.
Gear Compatibility & Selection
How do I match a rod and reel?
A good starting point is to match the line rating and lure weight range on both the rod and reel. For example, a light spin rod rated 2–4 kg pairs well with a 2500–3000 size reel. Check each product's specifications tab for recommended pairings, or contact us and we'll help you build the right combo for your target species and fishing style.
What lures should I use for different species?
Here are some general starting points:
- Bream & Flathead: Soft plastics (2–4"), small hard-body minnows, surface lures at dawn/dusk
- Snapper & Reef Fish: Jigs, knife jigs, and slow-pitch jigs in 60–200 g depending on depth
- Pelagics (Tuna, Mahi, Wahoo): Poppers, stickbaits, and high-speed trolling lures
- Barramundi: Large hard-body lures, swimbaits, and surface lures in low-light conditions

Payments & Orders
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely. Available options will be displayed during the payment step based on your order total and eligibility.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Email info@twistandturntackle.com.au with your order number and we'll do our best to help before dispatch.
